Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups glutinous rice flour

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 1 large banana)

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together glutinous rice flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
