2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the butter sauce.
Arrange the crab legs in a single layer in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.
Pour the butter sauce evenly over the crab legs, making sure they are coated well.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crab legs are heated through.
Once done, remove the foil or parchment paper, and switch the oven to broil. Broil the crab legs for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the butter sauce starts to bubble and the crab legs get a little crispy on the edges.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Serve the baked crab legs hot with some extra butter sauce on the side for dipping.
