baked broccoli cheese balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups finely chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Lightly spray the broccoli cheese balls with cooking spray to help them brown in the oven.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the balls are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  6. Allow the baked broccoli cheese balls to cool slightly before serving.
