Bacon Cheeseburger Wraps
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 4 large whole-wheat or low-carb tortillas
Instructions:
- Cook Ground Beef:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Prepare Ingredients:
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
- Dice tomatoes, shred lettuce, dice red onions, and chop dill pickles.
- Assemble Wraps:
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread an even layer of cooked ground beef onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, diced red onions, and chopped dill pickles over the beef.
- Sauce it Up:
- Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the toppings.
- Wrap it Up:
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly, creating a wrap.
- Serve:
- Serve the wraps whole or cut them in half diagonally.
