Bacon Cheeseburger Wraps


  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 4 large whole-wheat or low-carb tortillas


  1. Cook Ground Beef:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Prepare Ingredients:
    • Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
    • Dice tomatoes, shred lettuce, dice red onions, and chop dill pickles.
  3. Assemble Wraps:
    • Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
    • Spread an even layer of cooked ground beef onto each tortilla.
    • Sprinkle crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, diced red onions, and chopped dill pickles over the beef.
  4. Sauce it Up:
    • Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the toppings.
  5. Wrap it Up:
    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly, creating a wrap.
  6. Serve:
    • Serve the wraps whole or cut them in half diagonally.
