Air Fryer Stuffed Puff Pastry Rolls byTracy

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 8-10 minutes
Serves: 8-10 rolls
1 can croissant dough or puff pastry (Pillsbury type)
200g cooked ground beef (can be beef, pork, or chicken)
100g cream cheese (at room temperature)
50g grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or whatever you prefer)
½ red bell pepper, diced small
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon oregano or dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 beaten egg (optional, to brown the dough)

Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with the cream cheese, grated cheese, red bell pepper, Garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until well combined.
2. Roll out the croissant or puff pastry dough and cut it into triangles (if using sheet dough). Place a teaspoon of filling on the widest part of each triangle. Roll it up from the wide base to the tip, making sure the ends are well sealed so the filling doesn’t leak out.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes. Place the rolls in the fryer basket, leaving space between them.
Optional: Brush the rolls with beaten egg for extra golden brown. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and crispy.
4. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with a sauce of your choice (such as ranch, honey mustard, or hot sauce).
Done! Crispy, creamy, and delicious air-fried rolls. Would you like another filling variation?
