Air Fryer Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- ▢2 eggs large
- ▢1 tbsp butter
- ▢1 tbsp cream
- ▢salt and black pepper to taste
Toppings
- ▢Grated cheese
- ▢fresh herbs, chives, scallions
Instructions
- Add butter or oil to a pan and place it in the Air fryer basket. Preheat Air fryer at 350˚F for 2 minutes. When the Air fryer preheats it’ll also melt the butter. Spread the melted butter on and around the sides of the pan.
- Crack the eggs into a small bowl and add cream, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and air fry eggs at 350˚F for 2 minutes.
- When the 2 minutes are up remove the Air fryer basket and stir the eggs with a spatula. Then put the Air Fryer basket back in and cook the eggs for another 2 minutes.
- Remove the Air fryer basket again and stir the eggs one last time. Put the Air fryer basket back and cook for one more minute. In total, you’ll be cooking the eggs for 5 minutes.
- When the eggs are done, remove the Air fryer basket and transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate. Enjoy!
Notes
- Store leftover scrambled eggs in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer or the microwave until warm.
