700โ900 g (1ยฝโ2 lb) pork loin or pork tenderloin
2 tbsp Dijon or whole-grain mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
ยฝ tsp salt
ยฝ tsp black pepper
ยฝ tsp paprika (optional)
ยฝ tsp dried thyme or rosemary (optional)
๐ช Preparation
Pat the pork dry
Use paper towels โ this helps it brown better.
Make the honey mustard glaze
In a small bowl, mix:
Mustard
Honey
Olive oil
Garlic
Salt, pepper, and spices
Coat the pork
Rub the mixture all over the pork, covering every side well.
๐ณ Air Fryer Instructions
Preheat air fryer
180ยฐC / 360ยฐF for 3โ5 minutes
Place pork in basket
Put it on parchment or directly in the basket
Leave space around it for airflow
Cook
Air fry at 180ยฐC / 360ยฐF for 25โ30 minutes
Turn halfway and brush with extra glaze
Optional glaze finish
For extra color, increase to 200ยฐC / 400ยฐF for the last 3โ5 minutes
Check doneness
Pork should be cooked through and juicy
Internal temperature (if using a thermometer): 63ยฐC / 145ยฐF
Rest
Remove and let rest 5 minutes before slicing
