Ingredients

To Finish

  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • Optional: parmesan cheese or sour cream

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry potatoes.
  2. If using baby potatoes: halve or quarter depending on size.
  3. In a bowl, toss potatoes with:
    • olive oil
    • garlic powder
    • paprika
    • salt & pepper
