- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Β½ tsp salt
- Β½ tsp black pepper
- Β½ tsp paprika
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- Optional:
- Β½ tsp dried thyme or rosemary
- ΒΌ tsp chili flakes

- Bring to room temp
Take pork chops out of the fridge 10 minutes before cooking. - Season
- Pat chops dry
- Rub with olive oil
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and herbs

- Preheat air fryer
- 200Β°C / 400Β°F for 3β5 minutes
- Cook
- Place pork chops in a single layer
- Air fry at 200Β°C / 400Β°F for:
- Boneless: 12β14 minutes
- Bone-in: 14β16 minutes
- Flip halfway through
- Check doneness
- Pork should be golden and cooked through
- Internal temp (if using a thermometer): 63Β°C / 145Β°F
- Rest
- Remove and rest 3β5 minutes before serving
