🧺 Ingredients

  • 2 pork chops (boneless or bone-in, about 2–2.5 cm / 1 inch thick)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Β½ tsp salt
  • Β½ tsp black pepper
  • Β½ tsp paprika
  • Β½ tsp garlic powder
  • Optional:
    • Β½ tsp dried thyme or rosemary
    • ΒΌ tsp chili flakes

  1. Bring to room temp
    Take pork chops out of the fridge 10 minutes before cooking.
  2. Season
    • Pat chops dry
    • Rub with olive oil
    • Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and herbs

🍳 Air Fryer Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer
    • 200Β°C / 400Β°F for 3–5 minutes
  2. Cook
    • Place pork chops in a single layer
    • Air fry at 200Β°C / 400Β°F for:
      • Boneless: 12–14 minutes
      • Bone-in: 14–16 minutes
    • Flip halfway through
  3. Check doneness
    • Pork should be golden and cooked through
    • Internal temp (if using a thermometer): 63Β°C / 145Β°F
  4. Rest
    • Remove and rest 3–5 minutes before serving

✨ Optional Finishes

  • Add a small knob of butter on top while resting
  • Drizzle with honey or serve with apple sauce
  • Sprinkle with fresh herbs
