Roasted peaches in the air fryer become soft, juicy, and caramelized, making them an excellent base for desserts or even a topping for salads. My favorite is adding to a salad with goats cheese, spinach, and avocado – so perfect for summer!

Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the cut sides of the peaches with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place peaches cut-side up in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, until the peaches are tender and golden.
- Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla yogurt.
