Air Fryer Omelette.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fillings of your choice (e.g., diced vegetables, cooked meats, cheese)
  • Cooking spray or oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the eggs: In a bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Prepare the fillings: Prepare your fillings by chopping vegetables or any other ingredients you wish to add to your omelette.
  4. Grease the air fryer basket: If your air fryer tends to stick, lightly grease the basket with cooking spray or oil to prevent the omelette from sticking.
  5. Pour the egg mixture: Pour the beaten eggs into the greased air fryer basket.
  6. Add the fillings: Sprinkle your desired fillings evenly over the eggs.
  7. Cook the omelette: Place the filled basket into the preheated air fryer. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until the eggs are set and the omelette is cooked through. You can check for doneness by inserting a toothpick or knife into the center – if it comes out clean, it’s done.
  8. Serve: Carefully remove the omelette from the air fryer basket and transfer it onto a plate. Fold it in half or roll it up, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
