Air Fryer Egg in a Toast

Ingredients:
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp butter (melted)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp shredded cheese (optional)
- Chopped chives or parsley (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 2-3 minutes.
- Cut a hole in the center of the bread using a small round cutter or the rim of a glass.
- Brush both sides of the bread with melted butter.
- Place the bread in the air fryer basket and carefully crack an egg into the hole.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until the egg reaches your desired doneness.
- For a runny yolk: 5 minutes
- For a firmer yolk: 7 minutes
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top in the last minute if using.
- Garnish with chives or parsley, and enjoy!
