Air Fryer Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients:

  • 2 large apples (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Granny Smith), peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for a thicker coating)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Apples: In a bowl, toss the apple slices with melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and cornstarch (if using).
  3. Air Fry: Arrange the apples in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until apples are tender and caramelized.
  4. Serve: Enjoy warm as is, over ice cream, oatmeal, pancakes, or yogurt!
