Air Fryer Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or honey)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
2️⃣ In a bowl, mash the bananas, then mix in the melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
3️⃣ Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and flour. Stir until just combined. (Don’t overmix!)
4️⃣ Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
5️⃣ Line your muffin cups with paper liners or grease them lightly. Fill each cup 3/4 full with the batter.
6️⃣ Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7️⃣ Let them cool for a few minutes, then enjoy your fluffy, moist banana muffins!
