Air fryer chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  2. Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  3. Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Shape the Cookies: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie and place them on parchment paper, leaving space for slight spreading.
  5. Preheat Air Fryer: Set to 320°F (160°C) and let it heat for 3 minutes.
  6. Air Fry: Place parchment with cookies in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching. Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool & Serve: Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
