Air Fryer Recipes



  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream


  1. Prepare the Dough:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried parsley, and black pepper.
    • Add grated cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese to the flour mixture. Mix well.
    • Cut in cold cubed butter using a pastry cutter or your hands until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Form the Dough:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and sour cream.
    • Pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture. Mix until the dough comes together. It will be slightly sticky.
  3. Shape the Scones:
    • Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
    • Shape each portion into a ball and then flatten into a disk shape, about 1 inch thick.
  4. Air Fryer Cooking:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
    • Place the scones in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one.
    • Air fry the scones for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve:
    • Let the scones cool slightly before serving.
    • Enjoy warm with butter or your favorite spread!
