Air Fryer Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) ground beef (80% lean is a good choice for juicier burgers)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Your favorite burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). This usually takes about 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Burger Patties: While the air fryer is heating up, gently shape the ground beef into 4 equal-sized burger patties. Season each patty with the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Be sure to season both sides of the patties.
  3. Place Patties in the Air Fryer: Once the air fryer is preheated, place the seasoned burger patties in the basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded; you may need to cook them in batches if your air fryer is small.
  4. Air Fry the Burgers: Cook the burgers in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes for medium-rare to medium burgers. If you like your burgers more well-done, cook them for a few minutes longer. You can flip the burgers halfway through the cooking time for even cooking, but it’s not necessary.
  5. Toast the Buns: While the burgers are cooking, you can optionally toast the hamburger buns. Place them in the air fryer for the last 1-2 minutes of the burger cooking time, cut side up. Keep an eye on them to prevent over-toasting.
  6. Assemble the Burgers: Once the burgers are done, remove them from the air fryer. Place each burger on a bun and add your favorite toppings and condiments.
  7. Serve: Serve the air fryer burgers while they’re hot and enjoy!…
