Air Fryer Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) ground beef (80% lean is a good choice for juicier burgers)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- Your favorite burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, etc.)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). This usually takes about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the Burger Patties: While the air fryer is heating up, gently shape the ground beef into 4 equal-sized burger patties. Season each patty with the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Be sure to season both sides of the patties.
- Place Patties in the Air Fryer: Once the air fryer is preheated, place the seasoned burger patties in the basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded; you may need to cook them in batches if your air fryer is small.
- Air Fry the Burgers: Cook the burgers in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes for medium-rare to medium burgers. If you like your burgers more well-done, cook them for a few minutes longer. You can flip the burgers halfway through the cooking time for even cooking, but it’s not necessary.
- Toast the Buns: While the burgers are cooking, you can optionally toast the hamburger buns. Place them in the air fryer for the last 1-2 minutes of the burger cooking time, cut side up. Keep an eye on them to prevent over-toasting.
- Assemble the Burgers: Once the burgers are done, remove them from the air fryer. Place each burger on a bun and add your favorite toppings and condiments.
- Serve: Serve the air fryer burgers while they’re hot and enjoy!…
