Air Fryer Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare the batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Mix together: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
  5. Grease a small loaf pan that fits in your air fryer. Pour the batter in.
  6. Air fry for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
