Air Fryer Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Prepare the batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients: In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix together: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Grease a small loaf pan that fits in your air fryer. Pour the batter in.
- Air fry for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing,
