Air Fryer Apple Chips with Cinnamon Sugar

Ingredients:

2 large apples (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon melted coconut oil (optional)

Directions:

Wash and core the apples, then thinly slice them into 1/8-inch rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer.

In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar.

Lightly coat the apple slices with melted coconut oil (optional), then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over both sides.

Arrange apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and golden.

Let cool completely to allow the chips to crisp up further. Enjoy!
