Cinnamon Sugar Dessert Pizza

This Cinnamon Sugar Dessert Pizza is a sweet, buttery treat with a soft crust, a generous cinnamon sugar topping, and a deliciously simple finish. It’s easy to make and perfect for dessert, brunch, or a cozy afternoon treat.

Ingredients

For the pizza dough:

  • 1 tube 13.8 oz refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

For the cinnamon sugar topping:

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter softened

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the dough. Unroll the pizza dough onto the pan and gently stretch it into an even circle. Brush the surface with the melted butter.
  • Make the cinnamon sugar. In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  • Add the topping. Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously across the surface, leaving a small border around the edge.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden around the edges and the cinnamon sugar is bubbly and lightly caramelized.
  • Make the glaze. While the pizza bakes, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add a tiny splash more milk if needed to reach a drizzling consistency.
  • Finish and serve. Let the dessert pizza cool for about 5 minutes, then drizzle the glaze over the top. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
