For the Salad

Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables: Wash and slice the cucumbers, chop the tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion. Add everything to a large bowl.
- Make the marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, salt, black pepper, oregano, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Combine: Pour the marinade over the vegetables. Add the parsley and dill.
- Toss: Gently toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Marinate: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. For deeper flavor, let it marinate for 1–2 hours.
- Serve: Give the salad another gentle toss before serving. Spoon into a serving bowl and enjoy chilled.
