🥣 Ingredients — 1 large serving

Chia bowl

  • 25 g chia seeds
  • 150 g nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 100 ml unsweetened almond milk (or regular low-fat milk)
  • 25 g vanilla whey protein powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tsp honey or zero-calorie sweetener
  • Pinch of salt

Topping

  • 100 g fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 5 g crushed almonds or granola (optional)
  • ½ tsp chia seeds (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add chia seeds, Greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, vanilla, sweetener, and salt to a bowl or jar.
  2. Whisk thoroughly for 1–2 minutes, making sure there are no protein-powder lumps.
  3. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again. This helps prevent the chia seeds from clumping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. For the creamiest texture, leave it overnight.
  5. When ready, stir the mixture. If it’s too thick, add 1–2 tbsp milk.
  6. Top with sliced fresh strawberries and a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
  7. Add crushed almonds or a little granola if desired.
  8. Finish with a few extra chia seeds and serve chilled.

Calories~380 kcal
Protein39–42 g
Carbs~30 g
Fat~9–10 g
Fiber9–11 g

🔥 To make it even higher protein

Use 200 g Greek yogurt instead of 150 g. You’ll get roughly 45–47 g protein while keeping the bowl very creamy.

Best texture tip: Don’t use too much chia. The combination of Greek yogurt + protein powder already makes this thick, so 25 g chia per serving gives you a creamy pudding rather than a dry, overly gelatinous texture.
