red color brownies

These brownies have a beautiful natural red color and a rich chocolate flavor. Beetroot keeps them moist and tender without overpowering the taste. They’re unique, nutritious, and incredibly fudgy. A fun twist on traditional brownies.

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked beetroot, mashed

2 eggs

1/4 cup cocoa powder

3/4 cup oat flour

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

2. Blend beetroot until smooth.

3. Mix with remaining ingredients.

4. Pour into an 8×8-inch pan.

5. Bake 25–30 minutes.
