Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs / 700g)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs or a mix of oregano, thyme, basil
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Prepare Chicken
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Brush each breast with olive oil on all sides.
- Make Garlic-Parmesan Coating
- In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
