- 1 10 oz bag Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 –3 jalapeños seeded and diced
- ⅔ cup bacon crumbles
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and egg until smooth. Stir in the diced jalapeños, bacon crumbles, and garlic powder until well mixed.
- Place the Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips on the prepared baking sheet with the cup side up. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, fill each chip with the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the filled chips.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the filling starts bubbling.
- Serve hot for the best taste and texture.
