Ingredients

Fluff Base

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cherry Layer

  • 1½ cups cherries, chopped
    (fresh, frozen thawed, or no-sugar-added canned)

Mix-Ins

  • 1 cup light whipped topping
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional)

Optional Sweetener

  • 1–2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener, honey, or maple syrup

Instructions

1. Blend the Creamy Base

In a blender or food processor combine:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Cottage cheese
  • Protein powder
  • Cream cheese
  • Vanilla
  • Sweetener if using

Blend until smooth and fluffy.


2. Fold Everything Together

In a large bowl gently fold in:

  • Chopped cherries
  • Whipped topping
  • Nuts
  • Chocolate chips

3. Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • The texture becomes thicker and fluffier as it chills.
