- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 scoop unflavored protein powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Filling
- 20 large green or black olives, drained well

- 2 tbsp chopped jalapeños
- 2 tbsp chopped turkey pepperoni
- Fresh herbs
Instructions
1. Prep
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Make the Dough
In a bowl combine:
- Mozzarella
- Parmesan
- Almond flour
- Protein powder
- Egg
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Pepper
Mix until a thick dough forms.
3. Wrap the Olives
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon dough.
- Flatten in your hand.
- Place an olive in the center.
- Wrap dough completely around olive.
- Roll into a ball.
Repeat with remaining olives.
4. Bake
- Arrange bites on baking tray.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
5. Serve
Serve warm with:
- Marinara sauce
- Greek yogurt ranch
- Spicy aioli
