Blueberry Cheesecake Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

A creamy, protein-packed frozen dessert with classic cheesecake flavor and juicy blueberries.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup cottage cheese

• ½ cup Greek yogurt (or cream cheese for richer flavor)

• 2–3 tablespoons honey or low-carb sweetener

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

• 2 tablespoons milk (as needed for blending)

Instructions:

Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt (or cream cheese), sweetener, and vanilla to a blender.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Stir in blueberries (or pulse lightly if you want them slightly blended).

For soft-serve texture, serve immediately.

For firmer ice cream, transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours.

Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping if frozen longer.

Optional: swirl in extra blueberry puree or top with crushed nuts for texture.
