Protein Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cheesecake (Cottage Cheese)

Ingredients

Cheesecake Base

  • 566 g cottage cheese any kind; I used 2% Daisy
  • 1 oz sugar-free instant pudding mix cheesecake flavor; vanilla works too
  • 14 g freeze-dried strawberries crushed

Chocolate sauce

  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 45 g sugar-free syrup I use Great Value sugar-free pancake syrup
  • 1 oz water more or less to thin

Instructions 

  • Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth.
  • Whisk in the pudding mix & crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  • Mix cocoa powder, sugar-free syrup, and water until smooth.
  • Divide the cheesecake mixture into containers and spread the chocolate sauce on top.
  • Chill or eat immediately

Notes

  • Use more freeze-dried strawberries for a bolder strawberry flavor.
  • Chocolate sauce thickness is personal-add water slowly until it looks right.
  • Sugar is mostly lactose from the cottage cheese + the strawberries.
