Ingredients
Cheesecake Base
- 566 g cottage cheese any kind; I used 2% Daisy
- 1 oz sugar-free instant pudding mix cheesecake flavor; vanilla works too
- 14 g freeze-dried strawberries crushed
Chocolate sauce
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 45 g sugar-free syrup I use Great Value sugar-free pancake syrup
- 1 oz water more or less to thin
Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth.
- Whisk in the pudding mix & crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Mix cocoa powder, sugar-free syrup, and water until smooth.
- Divide the cheesecake mixture into containers and spread the chocolate sauce on top.
- Chill or eat immediately
Notes
- Use more freeze-dried strawberries for a bolder strawberry flavor.
- Chocolate sauce thickness is personal-add water slowly until it looks right.
- Sugar is mostly lactose from the cottage cheese + the strawberries.
