Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon chopped
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven
  • Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Slice the Potatoes
  • Slice potatoes into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
  • Try to keep slices even for consistent cooking.
  • Bake the Potato Base
