- 2 medium apples (sliced)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- Prep apples
Slice apples and lightly sautรฉ with a bit of cinnamon until slightly soft. - Make batter
Mix yogurt, eggs, sweetener, vanilla, and melted butter.
Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. - Assemble
Place apples in a greased pan, then pour batter over them. - Bake
Bake at 180ยฐC / 350ยฐF for 30โ40 minutes until golden and set. - Cool & serve
Let cool before slicing. Optional: light dusting of powdered erythritol.
