- 2 salmon fillets
- 200g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Season the seafood
Mix all spices with olive oil. Rub onto salmon and shrimp. - Cook the salmon
- Heat a pan over medium heat
- Cook salmon 4โ5 minutes per side until flaky
- Remove and set aside
- Cook the shrimp
- In the same pan, cook shrimp 2โ3 minutes until pink
- Add lemon juice and toss
- Combine & serve
- Place shrimp over or beside the salmon
- Spoon pan juices on top
