Diabetic Crack Biscuits (Low-Carb, Sugar-Free)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning (or salt + garlic powder)

(Optional but great: 1 tbsp butter or olive oil)


How to Make

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
  2. Mix almond flour + cheese + seasoning.
  3. Add butter/oil if using → mix into dough.
  4. Roll thin between parchment paper.
  5. Cut into squares or crackers.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden & crispy.
  7. Cool → they get crunchier 😋
