Ingredients
🔹 Crust
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 4 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1½ cups granulated sugar
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
Step 2: Make the Filling
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add milk and mix until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating on low speed.
- Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and flour until just combined (do not overbeat).
Step 3: Bake the Cheesecake
- Pour filling over the cooled crust.
- Place pan on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 325°F for 60 minutes.
- Turn oven off, crack the door open, and let cheesecake sit inside for 1 hour.
