Grilled Chicken with Rice and Salad

Ingredients:

For the Grilled Chicken:

2 boneless chicken breasts

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Rice:

1 cup cooked white rice

1 tbsp olive oil

¼ cup finely chopped cabbage

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: pinch of chili flakes or herbs

For the Salad:

1 cup chopped lettuce

½ red bell pepper, diced

¼ cup shredded cabbage (purple and green)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste
