Ingredients:

  • 2 large frozen bananas (peeled and sliced)
  • A splash of unsweetened almond milk (just enough to blend)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Optional add-ins: cinnamon, cocoa powder, or berries (all zero points)

Instructions:

  1. Freeze the banana slices for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a blender or food processor, add frozen bananas and splash of almond milk.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy (like soft serve). Add more almond milk if needed.
  4. Stir in vanilla or other zero-point flavorings.
  5. Serve immediately or freeze for firmer texture.
