Coffee Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie 

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana, frozen
1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup ice (adjust for texture)
Optional: protein powder or oats for an extra boost

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a jar or glass and enjoy immediately.
Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder if desired.
