Weight watchers cheesecake

Ingredients:
- 3 cups plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 package (1 oz) sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake-flavored instant pudding mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 6 packets of your preferred sugar substitute (e.g., Stevia, monk fruit sweetener)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, pudding mix, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar substitute (if using). Mix until smooth and well-blended.
- Pour the mixture into a 6-inch non-stick springform pan or any round cake pan you have on hand.
- Bake for 30 minutes. After baking, turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit inside for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight, to let it set properly.
- Slice into 8 servings.
