ππ 3-Ingredient Vegan Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl
π§Ύ Ingredients:
- 1 large frozen banana (sliced before freezing)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup plant-based milk (like almond, oat, or soy)
π©βπ³ Instructions:
- Add frozen banana and strawberries to a blender or food processor.
- Pour in plant milkβstart with 1/4 cup and add more only if needed to blend. You want it thick!
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed. It should have a soft-serve consistency.
- Spoon into a bowl, and add optional toppings if desired.
β¨ Optional Toppings (not counted in the 3 ingredients, but highly recommended):
- Fresh fruit slices (banana, strawberries, kiwi)
- Chia seeds or flaxseeds
- Granola
- Nut butter drizzle
- Coconut flakes
