Weight Watchers-Friendly Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 package (1 oz) sugar-free, fat-free instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, fat-free whipped topping, shaved dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix Pudding and Milk:
    In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and skim milk for about 2 minutes, or until it starts to thicken.
  2. Fold in Yogurt:
    Gently fold the Greek yogurt into the pudding mixture until well combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  3. Chill:
    Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the mousse is set.
  4. Serve:
    Divide the mousse into serving bowls. Top with fresh berries, a dollop of fat-free whipped topping, or a sprinkle of shaved dark chocolate, if desired.
