Air Fried donuts

each serving is just one weight watchers point! the recipe makes 16

Ingredients

  • Self-rising flour
  • 1 cup s
  • 13 personal points
  • Plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 2 ⁄3cup s
  • personal points
  • Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol
  • 4 Tbsp
  • personal points
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 1 1 ⁄2tsp
  • personal points
  • Winona Pure Popcorn Butter Theater Style
  • 5 serving
  • personal points

Instructions

  1. Make the two ingredient dough. Turn out onto floured surface and cut into two equal parts. Roll each part into 8 in strips and cut that into 8 equal parts. Roll into donut shape. Spray air fryer with spray oil. Add 8 donuts into fryer and fry for 5 or 6 minutes. Take out of fryer and spray with popcorn spray butter. Roll in monk fruit sweetener and cinnamon mixture. Enjoy
