8P Lavash White Pizza

~ Lavash (2P)
~ 2 Tbsp Great Value Alfredo Sauce (2P)
~ 1/4 C Fat Free Ricotta (2P)
~ 1/2 C Fat Free Mozzarella (1P)
~ 1 Slice Great Value Fully Cooked Bacon (1P)
~ Shredded Rotisserie Chicken (0P)
~ Diced Red Onion (0P)
*If you are using fat free Mozzarella, rinse with cold water to ensure it melts.
Preheat oven to 350ยฐ.
Spray both sides of the Lavash with Pam, sprinkle garlic powder and oregano across the top and put it in the oven warms up. (Keep an eye on it to make sure it just browns and doesnโ€™t burn).
I like to season the chicken with some garlic and onion powder and pan fry with a little Pam , just to make it crispy and add some flavor.
Combine chicken, ricotta, and Alfredo. Spread on the crust. Top with Mozzarella, bacon (cooked and diced), and chopped red onion. (I also sprinkled some Basil on top). Bake until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
