1 tbsp white wine vinegar
¾ cup chicken broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp artificial sweetener
½ tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic minced
2 medium scallion chopped
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 2 inch pieces
2 cups cooked brown rice


INSTRUCTIONS
