1 head of cauliflower florets
1/2 cup milk (almond)
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Cut up cauliflower and heat in water for a few minutes. Don’t cook them just blanch them for 5 min or so. They should NOT be soft. Then remove from heat
In a bowl put the flour and dry seasoning add milk and mix well then dump in cauliflower and coat them. It should be a pancake batter consistancy. Then roll individually in bread crumbs. Put in Airfryer for 10 -12 minutes @ 375 degrees
When their done. Mix some bbq sauce the way u like it and coat again and that’s it.
