3-Ingredient Peach Cobbler in the Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy Golden Cake Mix
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 can Peach Pie Filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 F degrees for a few minutes.
  2. Combine the cake mix and the softened butter in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Use a fork or a pastry cutter to combine the butter and cake mix until it’s in crumbly pieces.
  4. Pour the peach pie filling into the a 7 or 8-inch cake barrel.
  5. Top the pie filling with the crumbly cake mix butter mixture. Spread it over the entire top of the pie filling.
  6. Place the cake barrel into the air fryer.
  7. Set the air fryer to 400 F degrees for about 15 minutes.
  8. It’s ready, when the cake mix topping looks golden brown.
  9. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can also cook this for about 20 minutes at a lower temperature of 350 F degrees in the air fryer.

Substitute 2 cups of a larger box of yellow cake mix (15.25 to 18 oz box) instead of 1 box of Jiffy Golden Cake Mix.

If you want to try this with fresh or frozen fruit and not a pie filling, I recommend adding 2 tablespoons of corn starch and 2 tablespoons of white sugar to the fruit before adding the topping. But, the crust might sink down a bit into the juices of the fruit.
