2-INGREDIENT low carb cottage cheese chocolate pie recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, melted

Method:
Blend both ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a round glass pie dish (or a premade GF pie crust – this will alter the carb count) and refrigerate overnight. Top with whipped cream, greek yogurt, cacao powder, or leave plain. Slice and enjoy!
