- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full fat or 2%, thick and creamy)
- 3 large eggs

- Mix eggs and yogurt
Whisk eggs lightly, then mix thoroughly with Greek yogurt until smooth. - Pour into a baking dish
Use a small glass or ceramic dish like in the image. - Bake in a water bath
- Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F)
- Place the dish in a larger pan with hot water halfway up the sides
- Bake for 35–45 minutes until set but still jiggly in the center
- Cool and chill
Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. - Serve
Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon, cocoa nibs, or a few nuts.
