- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (for extra flavor)

1. Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ΒΌ tsp salt
- (Add garlic powder and herbs if using)
2. Add Wet Ingredients:
- Stir in Β½ cup milk and 1 tbsp melted butter or oil.
- Mix until you get a thick batter (like pancake batter).
3. Add Cheese:
- Fold in 1 cup shredded cheese.
4. Cook the Bread (Stovetop Method):
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Spoon batter into small rounds or spread like a pancake (Β½ inch thick).
- Cook for 2β3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
